That's because they're healthy and don't need to fix anything to feel "good" or "normal".
The inverse is also true. Start serving others and thinking about yourself less- and I firmly believe your health will benefit.

It only works for a short while since doing so will deplete your resources/reserves, re: energy, etc. I know from experience.

Yes. If you’re high cortisol or high serotonin- it would be a short while before burnout I suppose.

We have to acknowledge, though, that we're not all born with the same deck of cards.

We also don't live parallel lives. Some of us have money and get restful, fun vacations, and some of us work with no vacations to speak of and deplete and erode with time. Some of us have love and friends, and some of us have no friends and little to no love.

Best a person can do is make sure they are taking their vitamins and minerals and needed amino acids, making sure inflammation is at a minimum. That can help enough to help a person then be able to focus on other aspects of health. Without the foundation, it's pretty fruitless.

Okay, so you don't consider yourself in the "healthy" category if these criteria are "DO"?
This is a list of ideals for any reader, designed with the thought of all people in mind, not just me. How egotistical would it be for me to write a limited list of only the things that I would attest to be true about myself?

If there is a spectrum, surely everyone is on it somewhere.

Some people serve others out of a desperate need to be liked, validated, admired. It comes from a stress repressed underneath.
Not everybody, but there are some.
So I don't think it is necessarely a sign of good health.

Same with the impact.
I know narcissists who do everything to be remembered. They are thought of as the nicest people in the world, they strike others as being pilars of their group, they are impeccable.
Behind closed doors they are hell to a chosen few.

Narcissists cannot stand blending in, they have to stand out, and it could be achieved by being the greatest achievers.
They are typically those people thought of as being "solar", "beautiful souls" ("beautiful soul", it means nothing really).

Sometimes, ruminating on oneself or one's health can mean trying not to be a burden to others. And that's already a pretty responsible thing to do ;)

It’s Healthy People. Not Narcissistic People Do or Don’t Do.

Spiritual health is also paramount.

When you’re healthy you are content. When you are content you feel happy. When you’re content it’s fun to give.
