Zinc and B6 supplement recommendations?

Which form of zinc/B6 is best? Which brands have you seen a good result from?

I have used zinc Orotate with success.
Also the P-5-P form of B6 is the most active (i believe), so is easier to assimilate...also don't need a high dose like with other forms of B6.
