I love what taurine does to my hair---the effects are undeniable w/i days. But, one thing I cannot stand is the acne I get from it.
Everything I find online says that theoretically it should be good for acne. People use it all the time. Why might it be causing acne for me? Surely, it has more to do than an increase in androgens, no? I cycle zinc and estroban/pansterone, and I don't break out. Contrarily, the zinc helps me prevent breakouts. I was hoping taurine would be similar...
