From the Brave AI:

Beta alanine lactic acid
Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid that plays a crucial role in the production of carnosine, a dipeptide that helps buffer lactic acid in the muscles. Lactic acid is a byproduct of anaerobic exercise, which occurs when the body’s energy stores are depleted and it relies on anaerobic metabolism to generate energy.

How Beta-Alanine Works

Beta-alanine supplementation increases the production of carnosine in the muscles, which acts as a buffer to neutralize lactic acid and delay its accumulation during high-intensity exercise. This delay allows athletes to perform at a higher intensity for a longer period, leading to improved exercise performance and reduced fatigue.
