Hello! I am considering starting a water fast. Yes, I know how much it will hurt my thyroid and my cortisol levels, but I still want to try. My question is if you were me what blood tests would you do initially before starting and when would you do the next ones? Thanks for the help!

Why would you want blood tests for a water fast?
Just ensure you have a good quality water supply and enough minerals/electrolytes and you're good to go. After the third day it feels like you're flying high and everything is so clear and serene.
