Question about estrogen blood test

Hello.

So my blood test always showed normal estrogen [ last blood test 120pmol/l ( 94.80 - 223)] yet i have a lot of high estrogen symptoms. Do you think that i can still have a lot of estrogen despite normal blood tests levels?

Prolactin is the key estrogen to lower and estrone sulfate, what I’ve read on this forum.
