Vitality And Aliveness During The Day, Great Sleep At Night?

I'm still trying to work this out so I don't have the answer. I put this in the metabolism section because this is what you are supposed to get when your metabolism is optimal.

So, who here as achieved vitality and aliveness during the day along with great sleep at night? Please share your nutritional secrets....

I've achieved this vitality and aliveness at times partially last summer (biking and in the sun) while stilll having impaired sleep. Besides a healthy diet and lots of sun, the supplements that I believed contributed the most to this blissful feeling are glycine, niacinamide and magnesium. Glycine is exceptionally effective against sleep deprivation in my experience. I think it's very potent at reducing serotonin and cortisol. Ovbiously impaired sleep will have consequences regardless.
