I've had an issue with dark circles since I childhood, everyone keeps telling me it's genetic (runs in family) etc. Recently I've noticed that my eyes feel very heavy, they even look tired (no bags though, just as if I had slightly swollen eyelids). Additionally very pale skin doesnt help and makes dark circles more visible. Additionally I see some other issues: estrogen-like fat deposit, face bloat (no definition), forehead and jaw acne. I look like a zombie.
I did blood tests to check my thyroid:
TSH -> 3.5 (0.27 - 4.2 mlU/L range)
fT3 -> 2.86 (2 - 4.4 pg/ml range)
fT4 -> 1.24 (0.93 - 1.71 ng/dl range)
some other tests:
total T -> 7,93 (2,8 - 8 ng/ml range)
ALT 30,8 (IU/L <41 range)
AST 27 (IU/L <40 range)
HDL -> 74 mg/dl
LDL -> 79 mg/dl
triglicerides 110,73 mg/dl
uric acid 5 (3,4 - 7.0 mg/dl range)
creatinine 1,08 (mg/dl < 1.20)
These tests had been done before I started taking ZMA (magnesium/b6/zinc), some vit D with K2 mk4. I thought they would pump some energy in me, but nope, it just gets worse.
I want to do full hormonal panel soon, but it's quite expensive here.
Of course my endo says it's all fine with my thyroid, so I'm left alone with that. Should I try T3/T4?
EDIT. Tests were done during my weight cut period. Slight calories restriction.
