Anything Concerning in my lab tests?

Hi all. I'm getting ready to order more lab tests. Before I do that, would anybody chime in on what I should be looking at, considering the results of my first test (6 months ago)?

The number one thing I'm looking to improve on is my overall energy and stamina (for exercise, tennis, etc). Basically I tend to get tired easily. I want to increase both physical and mental stamina. I am a late 30-something female, slender build, 5'6", 125lbs.

TLDR: What tests and/or concerns should I be focused on when I go to get my 2nd round of tests, considering the results of my first tests (below)? Are there any additional tests I should be ordering, besides the blood tests and salivary steroid tests, this 2nd time around?

I took 2 tests last time: 1) blood test and 2) salivary steroids test

Blood Tests I took:

  • CBC w/ Differential, w/ Platelet;
  • TSH, High Sensitivity;
  • T4 Free Non-Dialysis;
  • Microsomal TPO Antibody;
  • Thyroglobulin Antibodies;
  • T3 Free Non-Dialysis;
  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel;
  • Vitamin D, 25- Hydroxy D2/ D3, LC/ MS/ MS
Salivary Steroid Test (taken on day 20 of my cycle)

I'd say all looks good. DHEAS is a little on the low side. Increasing the amount of animal protein and saturated fat in the diet will help with energy issues. Another option is rest if overtraining.

Overall, these results are pretty good. A couple of things that I notice:
Your BUN and creatinine numbers being on the low end suggest you might not be getting enough protein.
Vitamin D rather low. I think Peat would suggest getting it closer to 50, either with sunlight or supplement. He has mentioned a connection between vitamin D status and thyroid function.
Free t3 is barely midrange. Probably not optimal IMO.
As mentioned above, DHEAS bottom of range.

You could test cholesterol next time. This can give an indication of thyroid function. Temps and pulse are also good indicators.
