I am on holiday and so on the beach most days.
I am getting a lot of vitamin d and feel good as you would expect.
I take 2 drops of ProgestE per day usually so this is about 6mg of progesterone.
Anyway I have noticed that the progesterone is making me feel slightly off health wise. If I take to much I get a bloated sensation in the stomach area and a tightness in the chest.
So I have dropped down to one drop and this takes away this issue.
So boosting vit D seems to have an effect on the progesterone meaning I need less of it.
Last winter this same situation arose again when I was supplementing the vit D.
I got this off feeling and tightness in the chest and so put it down to to high a vitamin D level. I stopped using it and all was well.
Really all I need to do is modify the progesterone in response to the vit D level.
Does anyone know what is happening behind the scenes here?
