Drinking soda bicarbonate should increase our CO2 levels. But why then I feel colder after drinking it? It is supposed to be the opposite because of the carbon dioxide effect.

Thanks

What are you drinking it with?

Try bag breathing for increasing CO2 levels and becoming warmer.

I know about the bag breathing. And that is the reason I am asking why theeffect from soda bicarbonate is not the same. I tried it with water only and with lemon juice. No difference.

Isn't soda water carbon dioxide dissolved in water, not bicabonate? I don't really know though if drinking carbon dioxide dissolved in water would have you end up having the same effect as breathing in more carbon dioxide as in bag breathing. Although I've read of Peat saying it's good to drink soda water, I just didn't get how it becomes good for us in the way it has its effect on us. Anyone?

Maybe you´re dealing with some kind of bacterial overgrowth and the baking sofa is killing it and then endotoxin going to the blood giving you the metabolic problems
