Is it okay to make magnesium bicarbonate with club soda instead of plain carbonated water? The difference is that Schweppes has sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, and potassium sulfate added. I'm assuming this is okay, maybe even better because the milk of magnesia will be balanced with potassium and sodium, but I wanted to make sure. Thanks.
