re balencing right shoulder after broken collor bone at age 13 the bone on the right is heavier then the left so wearing some cloths it slips the right i am regularly lifting weights and hitting the shoudler and seems to be helping I am not sure how much can be done but I'm interested to hear what people may recommand not just with exercise but other suggestions too.
