Hi im a 34yo male, took finasteride for 1.5 years, suffer from pfs for 5 years.
I did made a blood test of insulin and it came below range and was undetectable, the range was 3-25 so I guess it is pretty low, and glucose levels were normal in the mid of the range. Another pfs sufferer commented me to have gotten the same results.
My diet is mediterranean diet with lots of carbs on it.
Anyone has an idea of what is going on?
