Butea and Creatine have studied backing that up.... The other two might also...
I'm the minority - i actually prefer hearing folks experience in congregation with studies. Sorghum when well cooked seems to definitely provide a boost.

@haidut I don't think you've interpreted this one correctly, and I'm surprised no one else in the thread has caught it.

The study doesn't really state that the DHT inhibition caused the hypothyroidism, it just states finding decreased DHT levels alongside a worsened thyroid status. Nothing but a correlation is implied here.

However, there are other studies which associate these two phenomenons from which some conclusions can be drawn:

When they give these hypothyroid children thyroxine, their 5-AR and DHT synthesis returns to normal. This implies that thyroid is a higher order hormone regulating the synthesis of sex hormones (which we know to be the case) and hence the lower DHT is a result of the hypothyroidism, not the inverse. More studies to support this:
