Hello,

Has anyone ever tried these forms of magnesium? There was a study linking alpha-glycerophosphate with Alzheimer's disease and normal aging, but otherwise the material is a little lacking. Unfortunately I can't take epsom baths since I have a shower  . And how does Ray Peat get forty milligrams of magnesium in a cup of coffee I don't know!

Thanks for any suggestions

I believe the dark roast coffee like French roast has the most magnesium. I've only taken magnesium glycinate a few times since discovering Peat.

I can only find values of six or seven milligrams per cup on the internet. God knows how many undetected forms of nutrients we eat every day however.

You can take foot baths with epsom salts.

But my feet will get wet :(
