So I just got some blood work back after a year of adrenaline rushes. I finally got insurance which they promptly took away a few weeks later but I was able to get some blood work done and the main thing I see in it is that my cortisol is on the low side of normal.
I had the test done at 9.30am and was fasting. I thought my cortisol would be high because by that time my heart was pounding and I was for sure over producing adrenaline .. But my cortisol came back at 9.9 and reference range was 8.7-22.6 so it appears to be on the lower end of normal ..
Any suggestions .. I'm still getting a pounding heart on the regular and it doesn't seem to matter what I eat i start feeling a little nervous and jumpy ..
Would pregnenolone help with this ?

Thanks

=)
