Why Would I Have Normal/High Blood Cortisol, But Low Saliva Cortisol?

Tested cortisol a couple times now both blood and 4 point saliva. My saliva is always low, this last was alarmingly low out of range.

I’ve had blood tested, not at the same time, but that shows normal/higher levels.

What should I be looking at?

I can’t answer why this happens but it has happened to me several
Times over years. And at times the tests were done same day or days apart. I recently heard georgi on a live with Danny roddy explaining that he wouldn’t suggest saliva testing but I can’t remember why he said. I worked for a doctor that used saliva testing and I can tell you that 90% of patients had low saliva cortisol. I stopped testing saliva finally as I don’t trust the results are accurate.
