Libido ipa vs wine

Curious to wine when I drink red wine I get strong erections but no libido . If I drink a ipa beer I get Instant rise in libido . I heard red wine lowers estrogen and beer raises it to some degree .

Red wine is estrogenic from the "bloom" on the grape skins and beer is estrogenic from the hops.

I think so. Estrogen is terrible stuff, should be avoided if possible. It's sole purpose appears to be to create inflammation, which is great if the point is to implant a zygote into the uterine wall. Otherwise, it's not good for you.
