I don't about this guy Josh Rubin ...ive seen vids of him on youtube , talking about male andropause , recommending high protein , high fat ,low carbs diets to increase testosterone and all of the sudden he is promoting Ray Peat's diet..which is completely the opposite....so what's his deal??? low carb or high carb?
