Many people are interested in vitamin K2's ability to change the shape of the face and improve bone/dental health. I thought we could discuss it and try compile as much relevant info as possible.

Here's a few things that apparently impact bone growth
  • Vitamin K2
  • Vitamin D3
  • Aspirin
  • High intake of Ca, Mg, P
  • General health (hormones, metabolic, illnesses)
Anyone know any other ways to promote bone building?

I'm pretty sure DHT does too or bone density I believe, I don't have the study in me at the moment.

I add manganese,taurine,biotin.

Zinc also in normal dose is good,it increases osteocalcin.

But you mentioned phosphorous, its very important mineral but its bes to keep it low,ray also said in bones P and Ca can attach together but a better combination is Ca with bicarbonate.

Vitamin k1 and k2 mk-4 is not that much differ.

pentoxifylline also is a great drug for bone formation.

All of this of curse and all essential vitamins.

Aspirin shown to improve 3 dimensional structure of bones,I think that means it increase bone volume probably.

It can delay bone healing when it fractured, but otherwise its good for bones according ding to that study.
