how long does it take for Cytomel to work?

I started taking it a couple days ago. My temp went from 96-97 to 97-98 most of the time. Should I take more to bring it to 98-99 or should I wait? If so how long should I wait?

Wait and see how you feel at 98F. Check your pulse, too.

How much are you taking? Are you taking T4 meds, too? 5mcg is the usual starter dose. Sele is right, you need to see how you feel and slowly increase - check temp, pulse and BP. I started at 5mcg, along with T4 meds, but am now on T3 only and at 75mcg - split into 3 doses. That's been over the past 1.5 years, lowering T4 and increasing T3.
