I just started reading about Peat's ideas. I had thought they were kinda crazy the first time I heard them but now I think he may be right. I've been following a Peatesque diet as closely as I can with my funds and current location and I feel pretty good. Many of the things Peat advises I had not been doing under the misconception that they were bad for me but I've been hypothyroid for many years and I am optimistic that this approach to health will help me get out of this health rut. If my cheap thermometer is to be trusted I've had some success raising my temperature. I just started taking my temp 3 days ago and it went from 35 to 36.2 Celsius. I've browsed a lot of this forum but there are still many things that are unclear to me. I intend to ask many questions. Anyway, I won't bore you with a bunch of details. Thanks for having me.
