If you have stopped taking the anti-coagulant drug warfarin, please share your experiences. I'll also appreciate any relevant studies.
In principle, aspirin, progesterone, vitamin E, anti-serotoninergics, good thyroid function, and adequate protein and salt can all help prevent excessive clotting. I'm interested in the nuts and bolts of what regimens people used to replace warfarin, how quickly they tapered off warfarin, how they monitored their condition, etc.
Thank you.
