„Treatment began as soon as practical, within 72 hrs. of patients presenting to Ventura Clinical Trials. All screened subjects met the inclusion criteria and were enrolled consecutively. Treatment was defined as ‘IVM Combination Therapy’ (ICT) and consisted of ten days of oral: Doxycycline (100mg twice a day), IVM (12mg on day 1, day 4, and day 8), Zinc (25mg twice a day), Vitamin D3 (1500 IU twice a day) and Vitamin C (1500mg twice a day). ICT was given daily for ten days only.
Two patients (#10 and #23) received an initial treatment on day one of 36 mg IVM (rather than 12mg) due to particularly low SpO2 or expected clinical need.“
