This dude is really weird and eccentric but has some good points to share.

Summary. My opinion is bolded .

1. Cold Showers. I dont know, maybe boosts stress hormones = make you feel good temporarily. Warm water boosts mitochondrial function and metabolism so cold water probably does the opposite.
2. Limit bright/blue light exposure throughout day. This is good and everyone would benefit from this i agree.
3. Intermittent Fasting (frequency being situational) . Benefits probably come from lowering endotoxin and lowering the overall amount of toxic foods eaten. Stressed person would probably do better with 0 PUFA foods in the morning like fat free milk and fruits.
4. Quality Sleep (blue light blockers before bed, blackout room, raise head of bed, don't use bright/blue lights if you get up) . I agree, sleep quality is important,
5. Gratitude. Agreed.
