Man I feel bad for that dog. Imagine Dave Asprey’s caressing me endlessly, yuck. And the dog has to eat/or not eat whatever that freako wants to give him

He claims he looks young for his age, but to me, he looks 44. Further proof that no matter what you do to look better or worse, you will still basically look your age.

Unless you are Ray Peat, of course. He is 80 something and appears 60. Or many of the members on this forum. (I'm thinking of Regina who claims she is 50 but appears to be in her 30's according to pics)

With supplements, less is more. Even if they are derived from food, supplements tend to act like drugs, because the dosage is often much higher than would be easily achievable through diet. Taking too many supplements makes me feel off, and I like to have a handle on how everything I put into my body is affecting me physically and mentally. Taking even twenty or more supplements daily sounds more like a bizarre addiction than an ingenious way to live.
