Other symptoms? Headaches, abdominal cramps or pains in the lower back?

I should probably add things I have changed recently are consistent with the daily carrot and adding more fat into my diet. This has increased my bowel movements from ~1 every 2 days to 2-3 a day, which I am very happy about, but nausea seems to have started around the same time. Any thoughts?

Sometimes you feel nauseated in the head, other times in your stomach, other times in your intestine...

I get that when I eat too much "keto-style". For example not enough carbs to cover protein in a meal (glucagon-triggered nauseous feeling, IOW).

Hmm I'm not sure, other than fat and carrot my diet has not particularly changed recently, generous with OJ, sugar my milk.

I have also stopped coffee recently. I realise now I should have put all this in the first post now. I would have guessed caffeine withdrawals except I have been off coffee maybe around 3-4 weeks and nausea only appeared past week or so.

Around the navel area. Would that be intestinal? I am wondering if it is carrot related, although I missed out on carrot yesterday and still had the nausea today, 48 hours without carrot.

I get that for gas buildup...

You get nausea from gas build up? Possible although I've not had it before, I'm not sure I've felt gassy every day I've had nausea. With my bowl movements increasing so much I thought I had finally solved constipation issues, but guess things aren't quite solved yet.

Well I don't feel the gas, it took me a while to figure out what it was.

What kind of fat you are eating? Is it with food or carrot salad.
I had mild flu for 2-3 weeks when i added raw carrot salad
with coconut oil, vinegar for the first time. I attribute that to
endotoxin increase from dead bacteria.

Saturated fat improves bowel movement, but i get
gut irritation and discomfort from excess fat, especially
butter and beef fat. I rarely feel nauseated. One time i was trying
Ayurvedic butter cleansing, eating 1 to 2 tbs of butter
every morning in empty stomach. I felt nausea trying that.

Did the dead bacteria eventually move out of your system and things got back to normal?

Been eating saturated fat with meals to balanced the sat vs unsaturated ratio heavily in favour of saturated to see if it would aid digestion. This usually means 1 tsp of butter. I have been eating a lot of bounty chocolate bars with meals for convenience when I am out, perhaps it is the dessicated coconut in the bounty causing me problems. It is clear I have something wrong with my digestion but just a matter of working out what.

Everything was better after that. It also happens with antibiotic use.

I am quite sure it is the Bounty bars. I tried 10+ chocolate bars
with high saturated fat content for emergency energy supply.
Something is wrong with these bars, almost all of those
causes some kind of gut irritation for me. I found Twix
to be the least offending and if i eat one of those 3-4 times
a week i get skin and gut problem. Lecithin can be very problematic too.

Come to think of it, I've tried a few of the chocolate bars at work as snacks and had a few negatives reactions, which may or may not have been caused by them. I think you're onto something with the chocolate bars having something wrong with them.

So it's an initial sickness and then it just all clears up? What antibiotics have you taken? I'm thinking of trying monocycline or penicillin?
