Carbs cause HIGH heart rate?

When i wake up in the morning, my pulse/temp is usually around 65-70 and 36.0-36.2c. After breakfast/dinner it SHOOTS up to 100-110 each time though. Temp also reaches 37.3 - 37.4c. With the occasional heart PALP. Uncomfortable sensation and slight pressure in the heart area, which makes me feel under. Home BP monitor detects irregular heart beat quite often. I feel like this effect is aggravated by eating carbs like potatoes, fruit, milk, etc. But i'm not certain. Just wondering what could cause this though? Probably going to see a doc about it this week but would LOVE to try anything in the mean time. I've tried b complex vitamins, trace minerals/magnesium, d3/k2, more/less sea salt, drinking more water, etc; all the usual stuff. hasn't really helped that much - i was VERY surprised the magnesium didn't do anything. well, at least in the short term. i think i'll keep taking it since i bought a good one. anyone had this before ?

I had PVCs brought on by alcohol, caffeine, and/or glycemic load.
Premature ventricular contractions registered as high pulse rate on gauges.
At the time I did a tread mill stress test at cardiology. The specialist said, no problem, you have a rough idle.
The causes I had to deduce myself.

Thanks. I think I might be in a similar situation, since my hr is only irregular sometimes. I definitely notice it correlates with eating certain foods though. I dropped caffeine awhile ago since I felt uncomfortable surges in adrenaline from it

I have recently had heart palps which have stopped since two things: reduction of aspirin taken and increased consumption of sardines to three times weekly.

Most likely causes are high sympathetic activity, anemia, or lack of cholinergic activity in the heart causes too high pulse from stimulants or eating food (eating acutely raises pulse). Milk being high in iodine, fruits/potatoes being high in copper can also amplify the increase in heart rate from eating but the food is not the problem but poor heart rate regulation is.

Easiest thing to do is get significantly more dietary choline, around 800mg a day and see if that fixes it.
