Yes, you should. Marijuana raises cortisol. Cortisol is responsible for neural degeneration. You should list the reasons that you smoke weed, as there are alternatives to get the same effect.

Yes you should stop smoking for multiple reasons. Smoking anything will raise multiple risk factors includingCitostlboy said:

Stop smoking regularly, definitely, but I think infrequent smoking is not so bad. It's the inhalation of combustion products I take issue with most, which are very estrogenic. Doesn't cannabis have a neurotrophic effect at specific doses? Anyone?
