BiCar, Epsom, Salt Bath

love soaking in this mixture but I worry about the Fluoride, Chlorine etc etc, does
anyone know of a RP comment on this?

He does recommend the soaks with bicarbonate, Epsom salts and aspirin. I’ve seen his replies about worry over those halogens in the shower. There, he replied the soaps were a bigger problem with their changing the pH of skin .

I guess you could wait for the stuff to escape, no.. the water would get cold.

I’d say it’s not a problem or Peat would have included a warning with the bath recommendation.
