I don't know how much time I should spend in the bath. Online sources say at least 12-15 minutes, and the aim should be 20-30 minutes. Is there little benefit beyond this amount of time? Maybe wrinkling of the skin could be a good indicator of when the skin is saturated with water, and there's little benefit of soaking longer. I have fallen asleep in the bath and spent hours in there, but didn't get much more benefit than if I soaked for a short amount of time. Personal experiences? Theories?
