I've been lactose intolerant since I'm a young teenager.
I recently discovered that I tolerate completely fine Ghee/clarified butter. It's reportedly lactose and casein free.
I use it in my coffee, in my oats, I cook meat and veggies with it..
I don't seem to experience any negative effects from it even when I indulge in it.
What would be Peat's view on it?
