    Hi,

I've been lactose intolerant since I'm a young teenager.
I recently discovered that I tolerate completely fine Ghee/clarified butter. It's reportedly lactose and casein free.
I use it in my coffee, in my oats, I cook meat and veggies with it..

I don't seem to experience any negative effects from it even when I indulge in it.

What would be Peat's view on it?

Ghee is like butter high in saturated fat which is peaty, you can use it instead of butter for frying if you want.
dr axe has a good article about GHEE, check it here Are Ghee Benefits Better Than Butter?
