I am definitely not able to tolerate much lactose. I can buy lactose-free milk, but I want to buy good quality raw milk and make it lactose free myself by adding lactase.
Anyone doing that?
Any options? I can find pills that you take but they are loaded with additives and excipients. I'm looking for a source of lactase powder that is free from junk.
