I've been exercising my whole adult life and never had panic attacks during and after exercise until I started Peating. Anyone else experience this? I actually took 6 weeks off from the gym because it got so crippling. When I came back, boom, anxiety like clockwork once again.

    Any suggestions would be great!

Lack of CO2 can cause panic attacks. If you can not carry on a normal conversation while "exercising" you are depleting CO2. Movement is healthy, a lot of exercise is not.

We can't really answer anything without knowing your eating habits, did you eat before exercise? after? during?

I contacted Ray Peat directly about it. He gave me the answers I was looking for. I hate discussion forums. Bunch of know-it-alls and arrogant people on here. That's not to say all of you are. I don't meant to pigeonhole every member. But there are far too many ignoramuses on here for my taste.

    Peace!

My best guess is that your glycogen stores are more easily depleted during exercise. A huge amount of sugar would test this theory.

Is that a bad thing? I'm still curious. It seems like a good question.
