Antidepressants And All Symptoms Gone?

Third time I hear this. A girl I know claims all her symptoms are gone since on Lexapro.
Food intolerances, vertigo , migraines.

Somebody else told me his histamine intolerance is gone since he is on Antidepressants, but I don't remember which one
