Two things that have had a big impact on my health and well being, which I believe is down to lowering estrogen somehow.
1. regular consumption of raw carrots either alone or in the form of a salad.
2. Aspirin periodically
What other foods or supplements would have an anti-estrogenic effect either through the gut/intestine or otherwise?
Ridding estrogen from the body is one of the most overlooked topics. in modern health - plastics, chemicals are everywhere - in our water, food etc etc.
I would say this is the single biggest contributor to the "death of manliness".
