You're not doing anything about it by cheerleading for Donald Trump, he's just yet another pied piper false savior for you to attach yourself to.

And you have better ideas I suppose, in the way of another president you can propose to nominate. Let's hear it, unless you're not about Making America Great Again! And my apologies if you truly feel that is a dirty phrase.

Coke or Pepsi, take your pick. That's what amounts to the level of artificial choices we have in this country. They've (the powers that shouldn't be) got the masses suckered into the false idea that if we just vote harder, if we just vote in The Right One, things will be different. A system which attracts multi-generational serial killers is not going to bring the American public a good samaritan. It's going to bring us only what it can bring us: swamp-dwelling creatures. Obama or Trump, Clinton or Bush, Coke or Pepsi, take your pick, they're all fundamentally the same in that they have and continue to enact the same war-mongering ecosystem destroying policies of their predecessors.

People that get lost in the minute personality differences of one canditate over another, or of Democrat vs Republican (Coke vs Pepsi) have lost sight of what we're dealing with here. We're dealing with the swamp, and swamp dwellers, and The Swamp will never be drained because swamp dwellers thrive in the swamp. As long as people keep this delusion of voting harder at the polls as the solution to things, effectively they will be keeping The Swamp alive.

What a depressing and accurate statement. Unlike Coke or Pepsi, however, the military-industrial complex brings only suffering, whether domestically or internationally.

I think people need to chill out. I am suspending judgment right now. Like others have said, "It's been 2 years." You can't undo a hundred years of tyranny in a half term. Cut the guy some slack.

Why is that? Do you have any real basis for that comment? I doubt it...just another disciple of your liberal upbringing and denial of fact....how pathetic....God Bless the U.S. and Trump's America. Isn't it odd gun sales have gone down since Obama has left office? That says a lot more than some would understand....btw I would say the man that said he was bringing "fundamental change" to the U.S. was the most embarrassing and ineffective President of all time...the guy who really improved his golf game in office.

My dear Liberal friend.....what is going to be bigger is bringing the rule of law back to America.....that means jail for Comey, Brennan, and all the good people involved in the attempt to overthrow the election of a U.S. President...that is the most important story today. I read the garbage from the brain dead libs and I just want have a bowel movement. "Trump is a disappointment". Better impeach him then? Arrogance of opinion.....

I am waiting my friend, "sadly true" for what reason? Prosperity? Re establishing the U.S. Economy and standing up to the George Soros surrogates? Standing up to Iran?
Standing up to terrible trade deals with China? Someone standing up for the U.S.? You obviously like socialism and giving all your money to the govt...I wonder what country govt tells you Socialism, i.e., Medical care for all, is good? Their poor economies? Their taxation policies? Oh, way too much to correct in this post. Just ask yourself why does all of the world want to come to the U.S.? They may be smarter than you.

You are really on a top tier boomer magatard rant. I admire trump for his successes but you are on another level by calling that person a liberal or socialist and typing with (...) for some reason. Are your multiple periods signifying how long it takes you to think between sentences? The colors, too. It is an idiotic and annoying way of typing, characteristic of boomers.

Well, yes, it is exasperating reading some comments....you seem more interested in my English grammar than responding with substance....which seems to be the norm.
You don't admire him for his successes, you prefer to slam him at every opportunity. That a liberal Democrat is better for the U.S. is an oxymoron to the way of life in the U.S. but thanks for your analysis. Boomer, etc.
(hope blue is okay, I would do pink but surely you would complain of sexism)

I understand that comment. The problem as I see it is ALL the media are anti Trump. Many people follow the media, television, paper, internet, etc. This to me tends to separate the U.S. into 2 groups, pro Trump and anti Trump. We have lost the middle ground so we have become a polar society, most agree. If it is possible to be ambivalent, it seems the left is taking a "any means that are necessary approach". I find it very difficult to accept their un yielding approach as a conducive to working for the betterment of the country....I think when the media decide not to be part of the Democratic Party, there may be progress. Single payor health system, Bernie, Warren, AOC, Ilmar very scary times in the U.S. or as some say, the withering of a great society as I digress.

American Citizens have no Clue about Socialism.
You have no organised left, conservative rule won the Mindshare-Race,
    Democrats are Center-Right,Repubs are Far-Right.
The greatest effort and win of the american right, there i am on the same page as Peat,
was the confusion of the differences between left and right.
The right used psychological analysis and speech and voter manipulation to the extreme
    and won everything.

Elizabeth War Wren was pro Vietnam and called democrats “subversive”, your post is very true.
Americans are obsessed with 1950s prosperity however remain ignorant of the federal programs that sustained that class for a few decades.
