Alpha-Tocopherol Vs. Mixed Tocopherols / Tocotrienols; Taurine

Hi,

I am new to this forum and would like to ask if I
should prefer Mixed Tocopherols / Tocotrienols over Alpha-Tocopherols?

Is there anything to be cautious of when buying Taurine like hidden additives,
kind of production.....

Peat doesn’t recommend tocotrienol and I’ve read on here from @Travis and others that high gamma mixed tocopherols is best.

Pure taurine powder is your best bet for a clean product. You can get it from Bulk Supplements, Pure Bulk or similar vendosrs. Red Bull is another good source to try. One small can has 1000mg of taurine.
