I read it’s in some olive oils, does anyone know how to determine a good source of this compound? Or have any information regarding it?

I read it’s in some olive oils, does anyone know how to determine a good source of this compound? Or have any information regarding it?

I used to consume huge amounts of choline from diet, and I can’t help but think this lead to health problems. I am worried about TMAO and I am trying to mitigate it.
