Which days to take cabergoline

I have to a family member. She developed edema, specially on legs. I had to take her to a cardiologist. Heat were at the maximum size and prolapsed Mitral. So what happens led, she got even more hypothyroid. We had to increase 7 times T3. Went very low. T4 as well. Dr Peat guided us.?

After reading this im terrified of using it i thought dopamine was good for thyroid
Dr Peat said bromocriptine is safer than cabergoline.
