Has anyone here used it and experienced any side effects i should worry about? Also has anyone lost weight taking it

I have to a family member. She developed edema, specially on legs. I had to take her to a cardiologist. Heat were at the maximum size and prolapsed Mitral. So what happens led, she got even more hypothyroid. We had to increase 7 times T3. Went very low. T4 as well.
