Can anyone advise on a way to make transdermal potassium? What kind of potassium might absorb best transdermally and what substance would be best to dissolve it?

The doses required would render this pursuit fruitless.

What’s the issue with eating sufficient potassium? Potatoes and tomatoes are cheap, easily accessible, rich sources of potassium.

If that’s too difficult purchase potassium bicarbonate from a wine store and dump a couple teaspoons of that into your water each day.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have a lot of gut issues and have trouble getting in enough potassium through food or supplements. I'm working on getting in more potassium through food, but in the meantime, being able to get some potassium in my body would be useful.

Waynish, I tried the bath idea before. Didn't notice major differences, but it's been a while so I could try it again. Thanks for the thought!
