@J.R.K Yes, there are (possible) better locations and worse. Depends on what your interest and requirements are. If ***t hits the fan, where would you want to be? Getting oneself to a geographical location surrounded by like minded people is one good start. Growing food, storing food, simple technology may be required in the near future .... for a little while. I'm in Australia, so not far behind in the 5 Eyes grouping of Freedom limiting severity. We will all do our best.
These are all very good questions which I am still grappling with, regrettably I have not come to any solid answers that I feel comfortable with one hundred percent certainty. I was considering Mexico or even Saudi Arabia might be an option now that they have come to the realization that they are disposable to the imperialists.
I think that any country that has an affiliation, membership and commitment to the BRICS would be one characteristic that would indicate a place with an eye towards the future and a concern for the well-being of the citizens of its country.

Also don't forget that besides the country with the Samson Option collecting DNA data according to that tweet, there is the John Hopkins Medical Univ. partnership with China - Tsinghua University. I read in 2020 about the data from JH being sent to China as well. Hmmmm. I wonder where the swabs' info ended up from all over the world.
This is an issue that I remain conflicted on, on one side of the argument we hear about Chinas totalitarian regime style of government entwined into every aspect of their populations lives, with genocide of the Muslim population etc.
But then we hear about how they are a force of good in the world trying to help low income countries develop infrastructure creating wealth, lunar exploration for helium three in conjunction with the Russians, developing new energy alternatives enhancing the efficiency of current technologies, starting to make pioneering strides into harnessing fusion technology for cheap long term energy solutions without the problem of waste as they are closed systems and in some cases producing more fuel than they consume, as well as reviving large swaths of the Gobi Desert into new lush viable food production areas.
I am wondering @AlaskaJono given your closer proximity to China would you be able to shed some light on which China that you feel is being fairly and accurately represented?

I really do not know what the heck is going down or on in China. Most of the Main street Media is a major distortion of the facts, this is most definite. Big Biz $$$ and Globalists (Henry Kissinger as front man) went into Russia and China to "Help" build infrastructure and to procure major resources for the Western Corporations, etc.. .
Russia has been building back it's own country after this Western Biz+Banking in the 90s and early 2000s. It is a similar situation in China, roughly, and still has major $$$ and players involved. Big Picture for me is that both Russia and China are doing their best to keep their own culture and banking situation sovereign, which as we know is a big NO-NO according to the West: They want that all of the 'countries' belong to their club and Vassal-ize them, basically IMHO. China first and foremost is looking out for its own.

IMO what is called Democracy or Socialism or Communism or Democratic Republic in a textbook has nothing at all to do with the current labelling of countries political systems. So again to get the big picture I have read from various thinkers, historians, and independent journalists; Pepe Escobar, John Helmer, and many others....
from Mathew Ehret : for example: Fresh !!! https://matthewehret.substack.com/p/steve-bannon-and-chinas-deep-state?utm_source=profile&utm_medium=reader2

“I consider Xi Jinping the most dangerous enemy of open societies in the world.

George Soros, 2021

“China has emerged as the greatest economic and national security threat the United States has ever faced”

Steve Bannon, 2019

And from the article as well:

Although a century has passed since Coudenhove-Kalergi’s pan Europa was founded, the same principles are shaping the contours of our current age. Just as vast systemic crises threatening the lives of the majority of souls living on our planet press ominously against our future as they had a century ago, similar techniques of controlled opposition and games within games are used by the same oligarchical class who have orchestrated the current state of affairs. Many good people whose hearts are too large and understanding too shallow have already gotten absorbed into false narratives that frame those mortal enemies of the West as either Russia or China, while ignoring the causal hand of those same oligarchical agencies seeking to reduce all sovereign nations and cultures to rubble under a new Crusade.

Don’t fall for it.

I believe we all here are trying to discover what the hell is and has been going on, for centuries now, and because of modernity the technology is there to bamboozle people quite easily. Now with obvious plans in Motion of the Globalists, by following the money it becomes clearer what we are in the middle of.
Great article by the way of Matt E. I only read some of it just now, but it OUTLINES and details many aspects of our current events.

I think there are 2 streams seeking for global centralized power:

Soros/WEF x China/Russia

I guess the US will align with either one who wins

Don't forget about the spying/persecution offices China has in almost every country of the world + they own massive transportation infrastructure in all continents (mainly ports). Additionally they also inflitrated many cabinets, not only the WEF.

Agreed @AlaskaJono I feel that we are taking a crash course in economics, history, philosophy and geopolitics, there is a vast amount of information to absorb but to study and try to grasp it as well as possible. I feel taking this approach can provide a better understanding of where we are heading. It brings some comfort to know we as a collective species have regrettably been on this road before, and like we are seeing today it took a lot of human life.
We had said “never again”, but here we are looking down the barrel of potentially another genocide, which I am sure the Malthusians are toasting. I just wish that I could know how I could contribute more to the resistance.

Being Sovereign in body, voice, and mind, seems to be what is actually most important (vis a vis - resistance). Forget about the strawman scenario, and just own your way of living. It might be luddite, or neo luddite living for a short while, but where food comes from is actually a huge political matter these days. Short food miles and parallel systems. We are just starting ourselves here, but it is always important for me to know where my food comes from, and grow it, or in the past fish for it, to be healthy. I know a lot of farmers in my state who I connected with, farmstands are still a go here, and there are some great growers, small and have their own water systems, etc.. . (ie independent). With all the Monsanto Seed biz, and Billy G and his fake meat ideas and farmlands, it may be vital in a few years to be related to the local farmer or gardens. I have always enjoyed moving around, so I know a lot of people in many places. Unfortunately most bought the current 'Narrative', that was fed them. Sad, but.... gotta move on. And fo' sho' - we are all learning this crash course in macro-economics, poly-sci, and the psychology of brainwashing. At least on this forum we have a large number of view points, and the civility and patience to have some discourse. Well, for the most part. And that is great considering the wider range out there in the general public.

Well said @AlaskaJono i to am working on the self sufficient angle making the connections, the government overreach is deeply entwined in the corporate food industry, looks like we have to utilize and employ the creativity Dr Peat talked about so often. And the thing that those running this dog and pony show absolutely despise as Matthew has mentioned many times.
