What do you guys think?

Phosphorus: 3.6mg/dL

Parathyroid hormone: 23

Prolactin: 13.9 ng

TSH: 2.91

Calcium: 9.6 mg/dL

vitaminD: 27ng/mL

total Cholesterol: 158mg/dL

carbon dioxide: 31

I emailed dr. peat and he said my vitamin D is probably the most important thing to fix, which I agree with. I've started using k2 and D and I think I need to add vitamin A as well because my head feels like it is expanding or something. i've been doing liver 1x a week, but I don't think it's enough. I have bad hair loss and lack of libido, however, it's starting to kick back in again following this diet.

My other issue is the right OJ to milk ratio. How much do you guys drink in a serving? I've been doing 1-1, but I feel like I should be doing more milk to OJ possibly. However, my thyroid is kinda messed up as you can see above, obvious by hair loss anyway, and I tend to do better with more OJ, but I think if I added a thyroid supp, it would be back to good. However.. the low cholesterol needs to make sure I don't go overboard on the thyroid.

That's what I decided to do first. Raise low Vit D. Not sure if it will help raise low Cholest b4 thyroid meds. :2cents

Why do you say? I heard danny and ray said also the cholesterol should be high with thyroid going up. i'm going to say because the cholesterol is needed to convert to hormones by thyroid. i'm going to try for low dose.

I don't remember the normal ranges for most of those, but a couple of (non-expert) thoughts:

TSH looks high from a Peatish perspective, which is consistent with low metabolism symptoms. He saids few people are really healthy with TSH over 2, and tends to favour TSH under 1. If you can't improve on this with diet (which I recommend giving a good go first), it might eventually take some cautious supplementation to help.

Prolactin I think looks slightly high but not extreme.

Cholesterol is lowish, and Peat tends to recommend at least 160, preferably 200, before supplementing thyroid.

Yes I think thyroid increases the rate of cholesterol use.
