Most likely I will have to increase Armour by about 1/2gr every 2 weeks until I'm in the 2-3gr range.
Go slow.
Any type of thyroid will not cure your health until you tweak your lifestyle.
Take a deep breath and relax. Do not overwhelm yourself and increase stress.
Listen to what haidut has to say.
I was a 'thyroid' patient for over 12 years.
The funniest word for me now is endocrinologist.
Keep in mind thyroid supps demand more energy in the form of glucose/glycogen.
Use cronometer to monitor your daily nutrition.
Good luck

Increased cholesterol means it's not converting into pregnenolone in the absence of vitamin A and/or T3.

Thanks! Yes I do use Cronometer to monitor nutrition. I'm eating a raw carrot salad daily. I have liver twice per week so I know Im getting enough Vitamin A. Id say its the absence of T3.

Diet consists of OJ, Milk, Eggs, Cheese, Dairy, Spinach, Onions, Mushrooms, Gelatin, Beef, Chicken Liver, Potatoes, Sorghum, Apples, Bananas, Raisins, Cream of Rice, Coconut Oil, Coffee with Sugar, Brazil Nuts and Grassfed Butter

Do you think I should add anything else into the diet? Thank you!

Your diet looks pretty good.
What's your total sugar and protein?
Could you post your cronometer if you don't mind?

Try to have your Armour in small nibbles with food and not on an empty stomach.
Half an hour after breakfast gives your body a chance to recuperate the night's stressful fasting state.

Yeah. Screen shot is fine.
In the meantime, preserve as much CO2 as you can.
It's like GOLD coins.

“Low thyroid leads to low production of carbon dioxide and wastage of glucose.”
-Ray Peat, PhD

Cardio sessions produce lots of lactic acid instead of CO2.

One thing I really notice is that my skin is always very dry. Is this a symptom of hypothyroidism? Is there anything I can do about this? I do not use any lotions, toothpastes, or endocrine disruptive chemicals. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Yes, it is a symptom of hypothyroidism (low metabolism).
You can try using coconut oil or beef tallow on your skin.
I think only permanent solution is high metabolism and low cortisol.

Liver twice per week *might* be something affecting your thyroid...frequently eating liver suppressed my thyroid a few years back (I was anemic) and it took some research to figure out what was going on. My understanding is that Peat thinks a quarter pound of liver once per week is sufficient.

Ok I will cut back on liver to 1x per week. I was eating beef every night with lots of potatoes for a very long time as my staple. After finding Peat I've really switched things up. I'm grateful for this forum and all the people here! Thank you!

Your TSH will likely go back up. Why don't you try thyroid glandular instead? High cholesterol is usually related to low thyroid function and really has nothing to do with eating too many eggs. What is your body type, weight and height? Don't push too much exercise while you try to find some balance.

Any opinions on this Stress B- Complex from Thorne? @haidut

I have been taking 1 capsule daily. Is this too much b6 daily? Should I try another brand?

One Capsule Contains:
Thiamin (as Thiamin HCl) 50 mg
Riboflavin (25 mg as Riboflavin and 3.6 mg as Riboflavin 5'-Phosphate Sodium) 28.6 mg
Niacin (as Niacinamide) 80 mg
Vitamin B6 (25 mg as Pyridoxine HCl and 3.4 mg as Pyridoxal 5'-Phosphate) 28.4 mg
Folate (as L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate* from L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolic Acid, Glucosamine Salt) 200 mcg
Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) 100 mcg
Biotin 80 mcg
Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium Pantothenate) 250 mg
Choline Citrate 40 mg

The B6 is too high and I am not a fan of choline or folic acid. But if it is pure, it is probably OK to use occasionally.
