would it not be more reasonable to say that this or that conspiracy might be true, but that we can not know with absolute certainty?

The whole notion of a "conspiracy theory" is ridiculous. The definition of a conspiracy is just a plan by two or more people to do something unlawful or harmful. This thing occurs every single day from an untold number of people at all levels of society

The radiation will just slowly make you ill and cause cancer like many things in our society, it doesn’t interfere with the surveillance.

Yeah, but eventually everyone will die. I can not imagine it is as slow that the newborn can make it to reproductive age. Also the implementors will get damaged as well. They have to spend a lot of time in cities. I can see it as temporary surveillance or as Dean Henderson said, that the ruling elite is just that stupid, that they take the damage as well.

I'm pretty sure they spend most of their time on private estates in the countryside and on private islands. Implementors in the sense of politicians, heads of some of the individual companies, etc., probably don't know about the dangers.
