I’ve never really understood the whole theory behind not eating too much fresh vegetables because of the formation of endotoxins.
if I look for studies (https://scholar.google.com/scholar?...endotoxemia&btnG=#d=gs_qabs&u=#p=wWtGjNlENgcJ) that show this I only find studies where they show that saturated fatty acids increase prostprandial endotoxemia, which is linked to low grade inflammation.
does anyone have scientific studies that say vegetable intake is associated with increased endotoxemia?
