I notice as I have been following Ray's suggestions in order to increase my metabolism, my resting pulse seems to be doing pretty good during the day at around 75 to 80 bpm. But during the night as I sleep it drops down to 50 to 60 bpm. Is this a good sign or do I need to make some changes in order to get my pulse up during the night? I use a fit bit to monitor my pulse. Thanks for any ideas or suggestions!
