Is it more useful to track pulse sitting down, standing, or lying down? I feel most hypo symptoms sitting where my pulse is in the 50s. Standing it’s in the 80s Was Rays target of 85 sitting or standing?
I think my Oura ring at night gives me a pretty good idea where my metabolisms at. During the night pulse is initially in the 70s or 80s but often drops to the upper 40s at around 3 am, which is usually when I up. I’m assuming that’s when my blood sugars dropping?
