Hi guys so I'm starting a journal of sorts to log my temps/pulse and experience with Haidut's product Tyromax which I have bought to help my hypothyroid/metabolism issues.

Bit of background - I'm 21 now, I have been struggling with mood, digestion and metabolism/low energy for years.
I have been peating for about 5 months and haven't made much improvements yet but I'm still learning how I can incorporate things into my diet.

My waking temps and pulse are usually anywhere between 96-97F and my pulse is usually around 65-70.
I feel stressed in mornings usually and notice that I do not feel hungry for ages until about lunch time but in the evening I get quite hungry and eat most of my calories usually. I do drink milk/OJ in the morning though but it's hard.

What's interesting is I can get to 98F+ temps 80+ pulse during the day or early evenings, feel very warm maybe even slightly hyper. I'd really like to try and get to high 97s and 98s in the morning if possible.
I have found that smoking has really helped my temps during day but dont want to use it very long.

My sleeping is bad, I sleep all the way through the night but I never feel refreshed in the morning.

Latest labs from 2 weeks ago
    TSH 3.3
    High creatinine

getting b12 and Vit D tested soon too.

Curious to see your After lab results. Many people reported higher TSH with Tyromax. Some also reported lower TSH of course.

No change in low libido, concentration directly correlates with how tired I feel and I have been better in general for the last 2 weeks partly due to smoking and the sun coming out.

    This morning - Temps @ 96.7F 5 mins oral.
    Pulse wasn't checked
Felt sluggish tired and no appetite.

Subjectively I can't say yet if it works to increase energy and increase my temps/restore libido.

Body temp does not always increase after taking thyroid. There are many factors.

Thyroid sensitizes cells to adrenaline. So initially your pulse will shoot up for few days to couple of weeks.
I would wait till the pulse comes down a little before upping thyroid.

Share some past and present on your food, supplements, hormones, lifestyle so we can follow the log and learn.

So pulse @ waking is usually 60bpm.
I tend to ave pulse between 80-90 during te day after eating some cheese and OJ in morning, and a smoke before I start work.

I ave been experiencing dizziness for a few days at work. is tis adrenaline/cortisol? I experience restless legs, racing heart and clammy hands. Even tou I am not feeling particularly anxious. tese symptoms came after I ate beef and rice. got a cold and headache te day after eating rice and beef so maybe its an endotoxin issue? ad constipation/rabbit dropping stools since eating tat rice.
