Hi guys so I'm starting a journal of sorts to log my temps/pulse and experience with Haidut's product Tyromax which I have bought to help my hypothyroid/metabolism issues.
Bit of background - I'm 21 now, I have been struggling with mood, digestion and metabolism/low energy for years.
I have been peating for about 5 months and haven't made much improvements yet but I'm still learning how I can incorporate things into my diet.
My waking temps and pulse are usually anywhere between 96-97F and my pulse is usually around 65-70.
I feel stressed in mornings usually and notice that I do not feel hungry for ages until about lunch time but in the evening I get quite hungry and eat most of my calories usually. I do drink milk/OJ in the morning though but it's hard.
What's interesting is I can get to 98F+ temps 80+ pulse during the day or early evenings, feel very warm maybe even slightly hyper. I'd really like to try and get to high 97s and 98s in the morning if possible.
I have found that smoking has really helped my temps during day but dont want to use it very long.
My sleeping is bad, I sleep all the way through the night but I never feel refreshed in the morning.

Pulse 75 BPM
1 drop Tyromax on wrist + Eating Largeish Meal

Temp 97.5F (10 mins underarm)
Pulse 84 BPM
